Usually good. Best fast food pizza chain imo. Last time I went though my order wasn't ready yet. I didn't mine waiting as I was... there early. They pushed it through the oven so it would get done faster. Most fast food places will do this when people arewaiting. they pushed it a little too much though and the dough was undercooked and a little raw in some places. This is the worst customer service. It actually deserves 0 stars. After waiting over 2 hours got my order, it finally says on... the way 8 - 13 minutes out. I give it a couple minutes. Get my keys and go out to meet the pizza guy. I look at the phone itsays my order is canceled. No call. No text. I call the store. I?m put on hold for 15 minutes. I call back. Twice? no answer,they hang up in my face. Last time I?ll order from papa John?s. Disgusting. Leaving me on hold only to hang up in my face?Canceling an en route order? Pathetic. I placed an order online. Simple. After falsely saying it was delivered, I called the store. Person says it was handed to... another customer. Said it would be 20 mins. Breadsticks were not delivered. Pizza was lukewarm at best after 2.5 hours ofwaiting. Said I didn't order any bread when I called & I read them the order number. Told me to call back in the morning. Askedif I could have them delivered or get a credit, said no. They couldn't. Spoke to Demitrius around 2pm next day as I was at workuntil then. He offered to give me a large pizza with breadsticks. Just to call & say I had a credit. I call today. Betty (theGM) says that I spoke to her. That she can only do a 25% off next order. I say I want a refund for the breadsticks or the creditDemitrius stated. Keeps repeating I spoke to her and that she can do 25% off. Which is basically nothing. Try calling thecustomer service/filing a complaint. Get put on hold for 35 minutes. Call the store. Picked up and immediately put on hold. Iwas not impolite. I was calm. I worked customer service for over a decade. I get it. However, I will never be ordering from thisfranchise again after going with them over their competitors since 2009. I've NEVER had an issue with the quality or serviceuntil moving to this location's service area. If you can call it service. The ONLY person worth their salt was Monica, thefixing the screw up delivery driver. So basically I'm out the $8 for the breadsticks I never got. Thanks for stealing to avoid acomplaint, Betty. Last time we ordered from this location it said 45 minute wait time but didn't end up being deliveredfor over 2 hours. Didn't... get delivered until 1am (extra frustrating since it was supposed to be a special meal before wisdom teeth removal). We decidedto try ordering from them again after a couple months. It is always set to "leave order on porch". They pulled up, when they'dgone I went to get my pizza and IT WASNT THERE. They then set my update to "delivered". We called to see what was going on andthey said to just order again. The lady sounded like she didn't care, no offer for any sort of coupon, not even an apology. I ambeyond frustrated. If I could put a zero I would!! I made a simple order of one large pizza and some cinnamon pull apart. I waited for an hour... before I called asking where my order was (I live 3 min away) they told me it was ready and eating for a driver I waited another45 min only to have to call back and tell them I don?t want to pay for a pizza that?s been sitting there for 45 plus min underthe warmer. They didn?t even offer to make it over and send out fresh they just tried to take $2 off of the price of pizza. Icanceled my order. Read more
We ordered a chicken bbq pizza. Not only was it 20 mins past the 45 min mark they told us. It was the worst pizza I've ever... seen. No bbq and about 5 lbs of onions. Not to mention sausage on most of it. It was disgusting Read more
They gave my pizza away to someone else, so when I showed up for carry out I was told to wait for them to make it again. It... would?ve been nice to have been offered free delivery or some kind of compensation, not even an apology from them. Read more
