Short staffed and waited over an hour for pizza. We had requested delivery, but eventually drove to the store ourselves because... it was taking so long. Still waited at the store. Only one person working on a football Sunday! Splurged on a new footballpizza. They remembered the laces, but not the regular cheese. We were starving, so we ate it anyways. Wasn't going to waitanother hour for replacement. I pay a premium for Papa John's, but our local shop can't meet my expectations. Read more
I ordered from there just yesterday September 18th for my kids and I for carryout and every single thing was messed up, not to... mention it took them over an hour to get my carry out done. The crust on the pizza was wrong on the I got a the supreme pizzaand the crust was wrong I got jalapeno poppers that came with and I asked for ranch and became a no no dressing whatsoever nosauce we also got breadsticks that were pretty plain and had no sauce in the box either and when I called up to the store andasked if my order was ready after 35 minutes of waiting the lady told me that she was the only one in the store working but whatI got there there was three she said she had one delivery driver there was three or four cars with signs on top of them andthere was three employers inside. I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and got it for takeout. Upon arriving home I discovered that the pizza was... undercooked and caked in grease. I believe the amount of grease played a big part on why the pizza was undercooked. I broughtthe pizza back to the store and the staff understood and apologized for this profusely. They made me a new pizza withouthesitation and the second pizza was delicious. They made things right and I don't think it was their fault as the added greasefrom all the pepperoni was a factor in the first pizza being undercooked. I ordered delivery, but I didn't hear when the delivery guy arrived. They tried to call me once, but it was a California number... so I assumed it was spam. Rather than leave my pizza at the door, they took it back and voided my order. When I called the storemanager to discuss, he claimed that they called me "multiple times," which is false. Still not sure why they didn't just leaveit at the door, I assume they threw it away. I'm not happy, not impressed, and most importantly, not fed! Read more
I received three pizzas as ordered and unfortunately one was not the right one. When I called in the gentleman who answered let... me know the pizza was already being remade and would be sent out asap... I was expecting the one corrected pizza, but insteadthey remade the whole order ! We were pleasantly surprised and now have leftovers for a week ????????? Read more
Took 2 hours to get my pizza! When I called to complain the manager yelled at me. This location hasn't gotten my order right in... the last 5 out of 20 years! When we finally got our pizza it was cold and stiff! Will never order Papa John's again! Stay local! Read more
