Not one of my favorite Papa Murphys. Old, small building. Rude woman at the order counter. I stopped in to pick up cheesy bread... for my kids and the computer system wasn't working. I didn't notice the sign on the door explaining this so when I went to orderI saw the paper at the register explaining that the computer system was down and I asked the rude woman at the register if Ineeded cash to pay and she stared at me and pointed at the paper. Rudly implying I should read the explanation on the paper. Ifound this very rude and extremely bad customer service. For one thing the printed paper was 2 paragraphs long and small print.A bold, short statement of: COMPUTER SYSTEM DOWN, CASH ONLY would have worked much better. It would have been seen by all,instead of leaving customers unknowing and being treated rudly by staff. Won't be returning to this location. Read more

The first time I got a pizza here and found out how much it cost, I vowed never to get one again. It was a large stuffed crust... and was $14. I thought it was a steep price to pay for a pie I had to bake myself. After it came out of the oven, I had arevelation of pizza perfection. Seriously, this place puts together the MAD pizza! Read more
