The tweaker lady at the register was more worried about sweeping by my pizza than cutting it on the counter. So I was already... annoyed I went outside really fast to let my lady know they were about to cut it. Then it sat in the warmer for 10 minutes whilethe tweaker lady turned the radio up and jammed out ignoring me. Lol then the cook came out and literally ignored me. During dinner time of super bowl Sunday, we ordered stuffed crust pizza delivery. We received regular crust by mistake and when... we called to let them know, they were so polite and sincerely apologized and immediately re made the pizza on stuffed crust anddelivered it to us. Even though it was super bowl Sunday and they were likely very busy. The manager was so nice and said thatwhen you pay for something you should get it the way you paid for and immediately rectified the issue. Read more
The first time I went here. I waited ten minutes before being helped. Then only to be told it will be ten minutes before my food... is ready, when I ordered it hours ago, to be ready at a certain time. Then they boxed it a way that was more convenient forthem, rather than how it's supposed to be boxed. Yesterday, I gave them a second chance. They failed miserably. I waited again,for ten minutes to even be helped. And since you can see them in the back, they know your there. And I could see many of themweren't busy. I then take out my bread sticks, the only thing I ordered, and they barely had any seasoning on them. Which if youhad that, you know you were missing out on the best part. So it's safe to say I will never be going to this Pizza Hut again. Read more
