All of my order not included. Had schedules time for delivery and it was not followed. Took 45 minutes from store to my home.

The on-line app still has difficulty coordinating with the store. There is still a need for more staffing at the location to... keep up with orders. Sorry but I try to avoid using Pizza Hut cause of the long waits and stressed out staff. Read more
I will never order another pizza from this store. I live less then 5 minutes from the store. Pizza and bread sticks were cold... when they got here. I will be getting Papa Johns from now on. Always hot and really good when it gets here. Read more
I ordered for carry out. I arrived 15 minutes later. I was told my pizza wasnt even on Que for another hour. REALLY.....AN HOUR... FOR CARRYOUT @ 530pm??? Then I had to wait for over 38 min with kids in car for them to prioritize it and get it completed. Htestaff is really slow and older. To be completely honest wasnt thrilled with all the long haired bearded people aroung my food &no face coverings. I actually would like a refund. Read more
