Ordered 2 Pizzas. One for me and one for my husband. My husband thought the pizza was very stale. Like it has been sitting... there all afternoon. I ordered extra cheese. Very little cheese for the prices they charge. Used to be very good pizza. Called managers and basically they defended themselves and said there was nothing they could do. Called twice and finally theyreluctantly gave me a 15% coupon on a pizza only good for 30 days. They refused to remake the pizza or offer us a free pizza. They lost a very good customer. Also, they used to take coupons and now there are absolutely no coupons anywhere to use. Theywant full price for their stale, hardly any cheese pizza. I will pass. Read more
Little pricy for pizza that's why I only gave 4 stars. Went in here for the first time and I won't lie I wasn't disappointed.... There stuffed manicotti was delicious the pizza was great nice tangy sauce with good seasonings. The calzone was very good justreally small surprising. The server was very polite. The food came out pretty promptly which also surprised me (in a good way)cause we had ordered quite a bit of food. I'd recommend pizza world over pizza hut or dominoes any day. Read more
We were in Iowa for a baseball tournament and ordered pizza for the whole team. Pizza world was so wonderful to deal with! The... pizza great, the staff and delivery driver were so nice and they even threw in some free dessert pizza because we had such alarge order! Best experience we have had with delivery pizza ever! We had a gift card for Pizza World so we thought we would try it on our date night. They offer dairy-free and vegan free... options. Jim got the the Bacon Cheeseburger small pizza with the dairy free cheese option. He liked the tangy taste of thepizza sauce. Crust was crisp with a good flavor. The cheese was tasty and it melted nicely. I tried the Amora Roma smallpizza. This pizza had pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and black olives. The mushrooms were NOT the canned type. Freshlycut with a good flavor. My crust was a bit soggy and I needed LOTS of napkins. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The onlything that I didn't like were the napkins. They were so thin and small that one wipe of your hands, you needed another to wipeyour mouth. That is way I needed lots of them. We will go back because they offer dairy free options. Read more
First timer! Had family over and needed to fill tummies from age of 1 to 73. We went with good ole half peperoni and half... sausage then pepperoni, pineapple, red onion and other half sausage and mushroom. 20 buffalo wings and cheese breadsticks. Allwere good, but ordered one with olive oil instead of sauce and was very dry..will not do that again. We all agreed we would liketo try more variety from them, salads sound good and blue cheese dressing with wings was exceptional. Flavor of buffalo wingswas satisfyingly garlicky and just enough heat without burning your tastebuds. Read more
