Nice clean restaurant that didn’t smell fishy like some others I’ve been to. The waitress was great; good service and funny... too. Food was very good. I had the special, lobster tail and steak. Been here many times before with zero issues. Services was very slow and spotty. Peach teas were not like usual. Few of us... ordered endless shrimp. Waitress forgot to place a side (strike one). Ordered one type of shrimp and recieved somethingdifferent (strike two). Another table was allowed to bring in a dog with no marking of a service dog or therapy dog. Dog was noton a leash. Dog sat on the booth and ate from the table. The dog also growled at an older couple a few times when they walkedby. If staff allows this then how to they take their cleanliness and sanitation seriously. It was clearly not the first timethey allowed this to happen. Health inspector should drop in. Also nothing against dogs. I have 3 myself its the principal ofcleanliness and food and safety laws that protect other consumers. Read more

Lobster punch is AMAZING!!! Ask for blackened catfish, it's available but just not on the written menu. Awesome variety of... shrimp too. But above all that....the waitress was not only professional, but pleasant, informative and knowledgeable of themenu, the bartender was very professional and actually KNOWS what he's doing, like he likes his job and knows his job. Overall, I find Red Lobster delicious, and greasy. It always sits heavy on the stomach, but living in Iowa there are limited... options for seafood. Our waitress was great. Really great! And she made the meal enjoyable for us after a rought start. Thehostess wasn't seating tables properly so we waited an hour only to find out the waiters didn't have enough tables seated andwere frustrated, too. This locations needs to solve this ASAP. We had a great experience and our hostess was our server as well! She did a phenomenal job at bringing biscuits as soon as we... sat down and took our orders when we were ready. Be on the look out for great deals by signing up for their membership program! They offer a great deal every day and you can get something for yourself or the whole family. They also have the computers atthe table which help for quick payment, or to keep the children entertained while the food is arriving. I highly suggest givingthem a shot! . ^^ Read more

Everything we had was super flavorful. For starters we had the bacon-wrapped scallops (one of my faves) and the crab-stuffed... shrimp Rangoon (my new fave). For my entree I had the New Lobster-topped stuffed flounder with mashed potatoes and rice as myside dishes. I still dream about that entree and I highly recommend it. It was bursting with flavor. I knocked one star offbecause the service was okay. The waitress did her job but wasn't particularly warm and friendly. Also the two cocktails I hadwere quite sweet and very weak.
