I had never been here before. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ hamburger. OH MY, that was so delicious I loved it. It came with... what they called steak fries with Red Robins seasoning on them. I loved the seasoning so much, I bought a jar of it to bringhome. Yummy Yum. Also had the appetizer baked pretzels. I should've got a dozen of those to take home. Been there twice in the last few weeks and the most recent visit has convinced me not to go back. I ordered my BBQ Whiskey... burger with no pink and while it wasn't terribly undercooked, there were still streaks ofpink. The burger was incredibly dry,and didn't taste right. The steak fries were tough and hard one side. After I returned home, I spent a good deal of time in therestroom. Will not return. Red Robins use to be well know for it's customer service and it's bottomless fries and drinks. My last couple of visits have... started charging my opinion of it. Anything bottomless isn't very bottomless when you have to ask the server several times toget anything. Empty drink well, good luck getting a refill. I had to ask and flag down a server 3 times before someone got newone to our table. Fries start smaller in portions which is okay if you could easily get more... The kiosk doesn't work forreordering or printing receipts ever anymore. Most requests are almost immediately forgotten too. When ordering they haven'teven asked for the burger rarity which maybe they don't do that anymore either. I think service has been going downhill and Ihope that they will figure something out the next visit otherwise I don't know how many more times I want to actually go hereanymore. Read more

I have not been to Red Robin in a while. It was well worth dining there again. The food and the lunchtime service were top... notch. I wish the onion rings were homemade and not frozen?.but still ok. Excellent value fir the cost. Read more

The food is good but every time we go to Red Robin for a promotion, they charge us regular price for the items that are supposed... to be on sale. If we didn't check our receipts and tell them that they didn't give us the sale price, we would have paid fullprice. I don't know if they are doing this on purpose or not? Read more

We were getting together with our kids and grandkids for dinner after a long and difficult day as we had just laid my wife's... Father to rest. We were told it would be about 40-45 minutes. We were good with that. They had us seated in about half that.That was just the beginning of a great dining experience. Our server, who had no idea what our day had been like, was kind andpatient. She took our order and got us our drinks. When our food came out it was much quicker than expected. Everything was notonly correct, it was hot and delicious. We were able to enjoy a great meal after a tough day. Thank you to everyone that tookcare of us, you have no idea how grateful I am. Read more
