I am a true coffee lover & have been a loyal Starbuck?s customer for decades. But the whole Starbucks experience has declined... rapidly over the last few years. The Blairs Ferry Starbucks is one of the worst. They have flying insects in their pastry case &the dining area. They don?t brew fresh specialty coffee past 10A. They can?t make cappuccino worth drinking. And the staff isrude. This has not always been the case. Not sure what?s happened, but this Starbucks is not worth going too. Read more

The experience wasn?t terrible, but I paid for a Venti Matcha with Vanilla and when i received it, most of it was foam. I took... about 2 sips and let it settle and this was how much was in it. I work in a coffee shop and selling a matcha with this much foamshould be something you know not to hand to a customer. Read more

I?m not normally one to complain nor do I normally have an issue with this location, but yesterday I came through the... drive-through and I ordered a Venti apple crisp oatmilk crème Frappuccino. When I got to the window and was handed my drink, Icould tell it wasn?t cream and could tell it had coffee in it. I said something to the employee at the window and she arguedwith me that it was cream based based on the sticker that was on the cup. I said all right, so I left it was not cream based itwas coffee based.. So I went to a different location today and ordered the same thing and I was happy to say that I got theright thing and I didn?t get argued with. What happened to the customer is always right? Especially when the customer can tellthe difference between cream based and coffee based. Read more

I?ve given this location 3 chances. Each time it?s taken me over 15 minutes to get 1 drink. I sat behind someone in the drive... thru and for some reason it took them 8 minutes to get 2 drinks. Only go here if you have at least a half an hour to burn. Read more

Drive thru only, people were nice and product was made correctly. Im from out of town,, and it was so comforting to get the same... familiar flavors. Everything you could ask for. Wait times are a little long. The view while in drive thru could use some work.It was hard to navigate the tail of the long line. Read more
