I ordered my sandwich thur the app and hour ahead of time.I arrived to the store and the sandwich was not ready. One is the... staff members made two sandwiches touch the cabinets opened paper towels and touched the register wipes his sweat so I asked ifhe would change his gloves before he touch my sandwich and I was not rude about it his body language was attitude all the way.This is how germs spread is all I'm saying. I ordered a sandwich from here to have delivered to my daughter and the picture is what she got. If you order a foot long... sandwich it should have all ingredients on the entire sandwich! There is no excuse for having meat on only half of the sandwich!I definitely won't be ordering from here anymore! Read more

1/5/22 The customer service was fantastic! As I mentioned previously, this location almost always has fantastic customer... service. Today was indeed one of them! I walked in today around 7:30pm & the employees working were extremely attentive, theymade sure pick up orders were taken care of to not make them wait in line, very pleasant to have conversation with, & were veryefficient working together. The duo had very good synergy together taking orders & keeping the line moving while having pleasantconversation with each customer. As a follow up from my previous review of one star about a month ago. My experience todaycertainly gave good merit to improve my experience. Great work! 12/8/21 I truly hate to leave this review because I love thissubway location and always have fantastic customer service.... Except today (around 2:30pm). I've never seen this employeebefore today and we live down the street but I've NEVER felt someone try so hard to give poor customer service quite likethis. I first walk in and I notice an employee sweeping behind the counter. So I politely walk up and wait for a bit for him tofinish. I can tell he noticed me standing there as his body faced my direction a few times but the sweeping still continued foranother minute or so longer before leaving to then go to the back room. He then comes back out from the back room and continuesto sweep. After a few more moments another employee came out from the back and pointed out my presence (as if he was notaware). He has now decided to finally put the broom down after his intense sweeping.. and just stand facing me still yet to saya word. I take that as my cue to start ordering I guess. As I'm explaining my order, I start to notice the employees odor. Idon't normally notice such things too much but this one in particular was quite foul. I went to the kirkwood subway location on 9/15/21 around 7:30pm. I got a footlong. Ate the first half that night and was saving... the other half for the lunch the next day. I took a couple bites the next day of my sandwich and there was HAIR in my sandwich!I called the location right away when I saw the hair. I asked for the manager/ supervisor. I told the female that picked up thephone my experience with my subway sandwich. She immediately laughed and said ?that does happen?. She continued to claim thatthe food industry has been going through a really hard time right now and they having been having a lot of complaints aboutthis. I find it VERY disrespectful for manager/ supervisor to laugh at a customers experience ESPECIALLY when it wasn?t a goodone. I told her the time, total of my food, and that there were 3 males working that night. IF YOUR HAIR IS LONGER THAN THE HATPROVIDED WHY ARE YOU NOT WEARING A HAIR NET OR PULLING YOUR HAIR BACK INTO THE HAT. This was my go to location. I will not bereturning. I did not even get an apology for what happened just laughed in my ear and excuses and claims from others and keptinterrupting me when I was talking. She just assumed I wanted free food. And I definitely did not there was just hair in mysandwich. DON?T ASSUME THINGS ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY! MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL HEARD WHEN THEYEXPRESS SOMETHING TO YOU. I was in line and was listening to the employees converse back and forth. I am assuming one was the manager. One of the... employees made a comment and she was so condescending and rude to her. The employee needed her for another issue and she wasclearly irritated. She was snippy with a customer multiple times. My sandwich had very little meat and looked more like a 4 inone. Not going back. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. It's a Subway, so the food is pretty self explanatory. But the service... was great, and made it an enjoyable experience. Read more

Worst subway experience ever. Workers were more interested in sitting in the restaurant talking to a friend while getting paid... than working. Don't order the new chicken pesto sandwich because youll find that the only pesto they have, is frozen. When theydo work expect that the hot sandwich you just ordered will be cold by the time they put lettuce on it one shred at a time. Read more
