I never used to like anything at this chain and whenever someone would mention them id cringe at the thought. .but over the... years I have found myself going back more often. . Came in to have 2 sandwiches made the first one I asked to have toasted then she just left it on the counter the next girl took... over I told her I wanted it toasted and she ignored me and asked what I wanted on it. When putting everything on my sub she overfilled it and food was falling out everywhere to where when I opened to eat it I had to eat it with a fork. Then on my husband'ssub they burnt the bread and hardly put any toppings on it wrapped it and gave it to him with out a bag. Read more
Asked for a foot long steak and cheese deluxe told the lady at least 4 times we wanted a deluxe. But she just looked around and... then she argued about it at the cash register saying we did not. But also the meat was cold since their microwave was broken andapparently did not know how long to put it in the toaster. But yes just what I wanted a cold steak and cheese on a cold day.Also the icee machine was broken so not much was working. Tried to tell the older guy and he just blew us off. I will go out of my way to go to this Subway. They STACK your sandwich with meat. Its great!
