Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The BBQ was average. Everything was well... prepared but my brisket didn't really have a flavor of its own, it relied on the sauce. The "adult shakes" were excellent. Ididn't have room to try one of their deserts. Just wanted to say that we had a FANTASTIC experience with Sugarfire for our reception catering. We got SO many compliments from... all of our guests detailing how great the food was. Ordered the 2 meat meal- with 4 bones ribs, sausage link, macaroni, baked beans, and a sweet tea. The best part of the meal was... the baked beans! The macaroni was mediocre, as well as the sausage links. The ribs were decent, just feel like it'll tastebetter covered in their BBQ sauce instead of naked ribs. Oh and the tea was pretty basic, i'll probably eat here again just notoften. The service was fast and friendly. Read more

I always enjoy good BBQ! This place has several types of sauces to add to the flavor of your meat of choice. I ordered some... beef brisket and pulled pork and didn't get the level of quality I usually expect. It was dry and a little fatty for mytaste.
