we went 30 minutes before close and after sitting in the drive thru waiting to order, the man looked at us out the drive thru... window, locked the window, and then waved. the time before the same guy told us all products were sold out besides soda. this isabsolutely very unprofessional and by no means puts a good wrap on this business. unfortunately this guy needs it brought to hisattention or else business will dramatically start to go down, this is not how you properly treat your customers. I find it absolutely ridiculous that Taco Bell doesn't allow Door Dasher's to order themselves food while picking up orders. I... really find this ridiculous when it's Midnight and we are out busting our butts for them and they are the only fast food openand we can't get something to eat! Read more
Employees were less then friendly and told me I had to wait in the whole line up of cars in the drive threw even thought I... ordered online and the instructions said to go to the pick up counter and they would bring me my food. Then when I walked up tothe drive threw window I got yelled at and they denied my service. What is the point of ordering ahead of time with bogusinstructions on how to pick up your food if you have to go wait in the huge drive threw line that you were trying to avoid byordering ahead just to be treated with disrespect and not to mention I still haven't been refunded the money I paid for theorder I was denied. I placed an online order a few minutes ahead of time and ate inside. The food was ready right as I came into the store. Hands... down the cleanest Tacobell I?ve been in- and I?m no stranger to them. Floors were clean, tables were all cleaned off and readyfor customers. Staff was kind, and bathrooms were clean. The portions were plentiful, unlike some other locations. Veryimpressed :) Read more
Food is edible, food is cheap, it's a pretty standard Taco Bell in that regard. However, if you don't have four wheels with... you, they'll likely refuse service. They close the dining room early, and refuse service for motorcycles and bicycles.Presumably they have a contract with local gas stations to refuse service to pedestrians and bike riders or something. What'sreally disappointing is that I was told once that they have no reason to turn bikes away, then was refused service (after Ipaid) and told to go refund it on the app about a week later. Apparently management has terrible communication with the actualworkers. Please, change this silly policy, or at least communicate with the workers. If you're going to close the dining roomearly, at least let bikes use the drive through. It's not more dangerous, bikes are less likely to damage anything, and theworkers don't have to reach out as far from the window. Oh, and bikes aren't sitting there burning gasoline as they wait. Came through at 12:14am on November 29th to pick up a door dash order. Every employee was on the headset saying really dumb... stuff and screaming into their headsets. I know it's just fast food but very VERY unprofessional. Read more
