My pretzel burger was good, once I finally got to order. 7 or 8 employees there one guy actually working the others to busy with... phones and flirting with each other. There were 5 cars in the drive thru and nobody inside. I figured it would be quicker to runin since I was on my way to work. Wrong. 25 minutes for one burger and fries. wow Read more
Waited for over 20 minutes in drive thru... Ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 with no ketchup, got order, no without ketchup. Parked, went... in, stood at counter for several minutes, finally got acknowledged, explained their mistake, waitress just walked away. After afew more minutes, mgr came out and said, your order was wrong ? A few more minutes, got the right sandwiches. I got a simple..sorry bout that !!! $52.00 total bill, long wait, messed up order and no compensation... Was not what I expected !!! Read more
Incorrect order as usual, was so bad couldn't even pass it as dinner for the kids let alone myself. Then after loading the kids... and traveling all the way back so we could actually eat dinner, I was told they wouldn't remake my order only the items Ireturned to them( after sick kids touched it) which was only a few sandwiches. Unfortunately the service was slow. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and it took us almost 20 mins sitting there... waiting. It may have been a few customers with bigger orders but when we pulled up to the window the employees were nice for themost part but they definitely forgot to give us a few things we had asked for like salt and ketchup which happens just aboutevery time we have been there. It was good though, not sloppy and thrown together which almost made the wait completely worthit. It was also hot and fresh. Read more
I stopped for a chocolate frosty. The drive through was slow, but when I got up to the window to pay, the staff there were still... very courteous. Because of their good customer service I will continue to stop here for delicious chocolate frostys. Read more
They usually do pretty good here! Good food, frostys! service and wait time doesnt take too long
