Staff shows no professionalism. Personable staff but not trained to do their jobs. One person there was cooking and filling... orders, actually doing his job well. Everyone else acted like we were all buddies, just hanging out. Read more
The lady on the speaker seemed super overwhelmed, and put in our order wrong. No big deal I just came inside and the manager was... super nice about it and gave me the correct sandwich. My only issue is besides the fries nothing else tasted fresh. Read more

I'm currently waiting for the food I ordered, literally typing this as I wait. The entire process for drive through has taken... over 30 minutes so far, and there were only two cars ahead of me. The manager is standing talking to a young kid who is the onetaking orders. No one is paying attention. The teller abandoned the window after the car in front of me paid and after 10minutes I pulled forward and waited about 7 minutes for the window to open to let them know I still needed to pay. Upon beinghanded my card back (and no receipt) I then waited another 5 minutes for my food. After all this, they handed me a SMALL soda,instead of a large. Since the window was closed and the young kid has resumed their conversation with the manager with his backleaning against the window, I guess I'll just drive away. The manager apparently can't see me waving despite facing me, andneither heard the two honks I gave. Absolute garbage service. Read more

This location needs new management, training, and employees. At 12:30 pm today, I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, the... line never moved, so I decided to go in. They had 5 people behind the counter all looking confused. A lady came in to get herstrawberry frosty but one of the employees said that the strawberry frosty wasn't ready. When the customer asked when thefrosty would be ready, the employee literally said, "I don't know," and turned her back to the customer. I stood there waitingfor 5 minutes. An employee asked if I was there to pick up an order. I told her, "No, but to make an order." She said okay andwalked away. I stood there awhile longer, waiting for my order to be taken. No one helped me so I walked out and drove to theWendy's on Center Point, which had MUCH better service. Read more
