Facility is fairly new looking. Workers seemed in chaos. They were thrown for a loop by the volume of Door Dash orders they... were getting in addition to the on site customers. ordered a lemonade with my food but they only had the sunburst melon, said that was fine. got to the window and the employees... were extremely rude for no reason, giving dirty looks and slamming the window. they did not give me the lemonade, i told themwhich one i ordered and a second girl came to the window and said ?we said we only have the sunburst? which is what i ordered.drove off without it because they weren?t even worth the headache. 16 year olds should not work fast food especially withoutsupervision. I was helped promptly and politely at this Wendy's. The interior has a fantastic, fun, classy vibe to it, with a T.V. and... lounge area to relax and wait for your food in comfort. I recommend this Wendy's. Read more
This location on 42nd Street NE has been having chronic issues with staffing for years now. The food isn't hot. It takes too... long to get you order, the ice cream machine is down a lot to get a Frosty when it's hot out. They don't turn their signs on andclose at pm. My experience was ok. I just went in for a Frosty and a pop. It was about 11 am and it was very dirty inside. I got my item but... was left feeling a little uneasy about the cleanliness. Dirty tables, chairs, fingerprints all over door and pop machine andcounters. The floors were dirty and my shoes were sticking to the floor, so were another customers so i knew it wasnt just me. Ijust was disappointed because it is not the standards the store used to have. Read more
I stopped by last week around 5. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to speak on the intercom. I heard laughter and talking in... the backroom and the guy said he couldn't hear me about 3 times. After I finally said a burger and my drink, he immediately cutme off and gave me the amount. I wasn't finished with my order. I rolled around to the pay window and no one was there, but mybag of food sat right inside with my drink. After another 5 minutes, the kid came up and it took him 3 times to look up at theorder screen and then back to my food before he finally handed it to me. After the long wait, my burger was incredibly cold. Irealize they are underpaid and young, but the least they could do is actually give people their food so it's not frozen. Horrible service, cold food, long wait. The person at the window taking your money can't even be bothered with confirming your... order or really saying anything at all, not even the amount they're going to take from you. I made the mistake of giving thisplace another chance and will never do that again! Read more
