They are maybe understaffed....there was a few people possibly all getting trained. Nobody seemed to care accept the girl... trying to fill the drive thru order's. I only ordered a large frie. Took about 15 minutes to give me my fries. The fries wereluke warm. Read more

Waited In line with one car in front of me at drive through on a Wednesday night. After 8 minutes I get to speaker and they tell... me it will be 5 minutes or whenever we can get to you. This was just to take my order. Wendy's use to be good for fast food butthis location is absolutely horrible. If you are the owner, do yourself a favor and just shut it down. Read more

Got my order through DoorDash from this location. Gave us the wrong drinks, left out the extras that we were charged for on one... of the combos. Messed the other combo up quite a lot. Very disappointed and upset that this is the standard that Wendy?s isdropped too. Read more

Asked for extra cheese on my classic double cheeseburger and I got the sandwich with no cheese on it!! We decided to dine in and... found 1 clean table to sit at. Wow....absolutely ridiculous! Waited at the order menu 9 min, now im in line still waiting i pulled up at 1001pm it is now... 1010pm and the car ahead.of me has been sitting at the window since I pulled into the parking lot. There is one person at thewindow and 4 other people standing around in Wendy's uniforms eating French fries I am obviously not a priority I will go toanother location next time Read more

The food was hot and good. The real reason I'm writing this review is to express how impressed I am with the crew and managers.... After I had already ordered an angry customer came in. The crew was able to gracefully pass the customer off to a manager who,it seemed, resolved the issues, all while the lunch rush continued the entire time. Nice job everyone. Way to keep a happy faceon. Read more

I wish there was a way to have zero stars. Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 11 Large, a 4 for 4 and a... sour cream and chives potato. I had to repeat thing numerous times through the drive thru speaker. After we paid, we figured outthat they gave us the wrong combo meal as well as no potato in the bad nor on the receipt. They failed to tell us they were outof potatos. They also gave me small drink and fries. I proceeded to park and go inside to ask for a refund. The manager in theworst attitude told me they no longer offer refunds , and could only remake our order. On top of this , proceeded to open up thefood without gloves and touch all over the food. I had to tell her it needed remade completely at that time. Then I asked aboutthe potato and was then told they didn?t have any. I realized after I left the store, that she failed to give me my receiptback. So my bf went back in and we were told that she threw the receipt away. After I left, I decided to call corporate (who waswayyyyy more than helpful) to explain what had happened and that I still wanted a refund. So she was amazingly helpful ingetting the money back, along with keeping the food. When o went in to get the refund, I kept corporate on the phone. Little didthat manager in store know she was on the phone, was getting a nasty attitude. She said ?well where is the card to put therefund on? , and I said that they said you were getting the cash refund back. ?Well I have to call that lady back!? I said noshe?s on the phone you can ask her and corporate told her cash. After realizing corporate was on the phone, her whole attitudechanged to I?m sorry, and I hope you have a great night. Seriously WORST experience I?ve ever had at a Wendy?s. Read more
