Im not one to complain about fast food because I?ve worked in fast food and I know how stressful it can be, BUT this is the... second time I have came here lately and the girl taking orders has an attitude for no reason at all. I usually like Arby?s, they have good food, however, I went to this Arby?s one night to get a meal, paid for it, and got it... fine. Then at 11:59, while I was sleeping at home, they charged me again for another meal. I called in to talk to a manager thenext day to see what happened, and they told me to go in. So I did then they told me it was an issue with their machine and Ishould have the money back a week later, didn?t happen. Went in again, was told again to wait, haven?t received the money back.Went in again and left my name and number, and I haven?t received any response. All I want is the $21.04 that was chargedwrongly back in my account or at least a meal that?s free. Read more
Stopped into Arby's in Cedar Springs Mi, to grab lunch on the way to work. I was waited on and had my meal within 5 minutes.... Very happy about that since time is always a factor when you're on your way to work! The entire restaurant was spotless, nosearching around for a clean table here! Very capable staff, was asked if everything was satisfactory while enjoying my lunch aswell. The food was very good also. Arby's will be on my lunch stop list as convenient, clean , quick and yummy! Terrible customer service!! Ordered 8 roast beef sandwichs and a fish tender meal for my disabled dad, drive thru forgot the... fish tender meal, went back in to ask and informed them that they forgot my fish tender meal, and the manager of the store,threw the fish tender meal on the counter and told me, " here is your fish tender meal" and walked away, very rude so I askedfor the store owners number and corporate number, and was told they do not give that information out, the manager took her badgeoff and refused to write down the number, and told me, the customer if I didn't leave the store she was going to call the policeto have them take me away, I was not loud, I only wanted my dad fish dinner and a number, will never go back to them again, thiswas on 8-10-22... Food quality and service are consistently solid at this location. Can get busy during lunch/dinner rush. The Greek gyro is very... good, given it's from a fast food chain. The orange cream shake is excellent! Read more
Saturday of memorial weekend got off US 131 and we were afraid to go anywhere to get quick food. Restaurant was pleasant... inside, clean, the workers were excited to have us there. They even took our coupons, food was delicious and brought to uspromptly. Great experience will definitely be visiting Cedar springs Arby's again. Read more
