This location was amazing when it opened. No longer so. Service has continued to go down over the past two years. We dealt with... the rudeness and slow service due to order accuracy that another location couldn?t produce. After the most recent order, we willno longer be visiting this location. Food allergies add to the necessity for the items ordered to match what is received. Theseare blatant errors that even those without food sensitivities would notice. Paying extra for extra cream cheese and receiving nocream cheese. Ordering a sandwich without meat, arriving with meat. Ordering a drink hot and it being prepared frozen. The mostrecent was ordering a hot chocolate and receiving ice and milk. No chocolate/brown whatsoever. We?ve spoken with management andcommunicated with corporate and neither have generated any improvements. Tired of throwing away money to unsafe food items andincorrectly prepared items. Read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel the need to speak up. Sunday I arrived in the Biggby drive thru at 9:40. I had... about 5 cars in front of me so I was okay with a bit of a wait. I did not leave the drive thru until 10:17. Almost 40 minutes! Iwas now running late for my event. Mind you, I should have just drove away as many others did. I didn?t receive an apology forthe wait. My coffee was mediocre at best. I have been a barista in my younger years. There is zero reason for this process to beso long. Very disappointing customer service. Read more

Very inconsistent with the product served. A Teddy Bear should not taste differently every time it is ordered. Portion control... should be addressed. Wait time is also insane. You would hope if you are going to wait the product would be consistent. Read more

I stopped after work to get a quick coffee and ended up leaving without anything because i went thru the drive and after about 2... minutes they finally took my order which was ok but when i got up to the window to pay and get my i literally sat there for 5minutes being completely ignored by the employees. The one at the window literally stood with her back toward me the whole timewhile talking to another employee with no regards to the customer sitting at the window needless to say after waiting 5 minuteswithout even being acknowledged i drove off without paying and without my coffee. This is the worst customer service experience I?ve ever had. It took 50 minutes for me to order my drink, and when I got to the... window the staff member did not mention anything about the wait or even apologize for the amount of time I had to wait. Iunderstand being short staffed or busy, but it should never take this long EVER in a drive thru. There were maybe 10 cars totalin line. When I did order, the one thing I wanted they said they didn?t have, and they didn?t even apologize about it. They didnot have any signs signs on the menu saying they are out of stock of anything. Biggby has lost my respect and my desire to evergo there again. Very disappointed. Read more

The people who work here are rude have terrible attitudes slow and don?t even get my order right 80% of the time I asked for... light cream and they basically poured half the container of creamer into my cup plus it took over 30 minutes to get through thisline! I?m over it. It would be faster to go to a smaller local coffee shop. Read more

There?s nothing wrong with the coffee, but do NOT try to go here unless you are free for the next hour. I don?t know if it?s the... people in the drive through ordering entirely too many items, the way the store is set up, or under staffing. 3 mornings I?vetried to get coffee with 20 minutes free. 3 mornings I?ve also had to explain to coworkers why I was needed an additional 40minutes because it took an hour to get the coffee TLDR if there?s more than 2 cars in this place, go elsewhere. Coffee taste fine but disappointed with the sizing. Ordered a 20oz tea and a 24oz coffee. The tea was given in a 24oz and no... receipt given to show if I was overcharged because it?s not what I ordered. This is the second time the sizing mistake hashappened at this location for me in the past month. The tea is filled to the top, but the coffee is about three inches belowthe rim before our first sips. I respect the baristas and can take the cost difference from the sizing mistake as a wash, butstill it is definitely disappointing as a customer. The coffee I wanted to be 24oz definitely isn?t, and I?m pretty sure I wascharged full price for it. Read more
