Went for the Ghost Pepper Whopper and came home and not the advertised bun.. opened the sandwich had 1 small squirt of the sauce... on 1/4 of the burger.. only ordered 2 of these and cost me $13 and some odd change.. NOT IMPRESSED.. I should've been told theydidn't have the correct bun apon ordering because I wouldn't have wasted my time or money.. when I called it was a nonchalant???????, not let us make this right. . NOTHING.. either make it right or me or my family will never return to thisestablishment. Read more

Was the ONLY person at the drive through, and they still wanted me to wait, to take my order. They NEVER have anything ready to... go, always have to wait till they make your food. Won't be going back to the one in Cedar Springs, or the one one 14 Mile. Staff seem like they don't care whether you are there or not. Read more

This location is so slow. They keep you at the money/pay window forever with small talk, or while they take 4 cars orders... behind you, and then they take your money, even when there is nobody ahead of you. I would rather wait at the window to get myfood than deal with the small talk and feeling ignored at the pay window. Also, staffing is always an issue here lately, and wehave waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. Avoid this location if possible. Read more

It was okay I guess, I ordered the mozzarella sticks and they was terrible. How long I had to wait for my food after ordering... it, I was expecting at least all my food to be freshly made and good. Or as hard as I have to work for my money in the amount Ispent I was not satisfied with my meal for me and my wife. Read more

Great staff, they're under staffed as it seems all the fast food places are in the area so they have to close the lobby and... operate drive thru only. Ownership should start paying better wages to these employees and they would have less difficultyfinding and KEEPING staff. It's not the 1990s any more. Pay people what they're worth and you'll have plenty of happy staff. Read more

Drive through was steady, dinning area was not. There was a full staff and the service was awful and the entire restaurant was... filthy. Food on the floor behind the counter and in the dining area. The drink machine was dirty. Completely gross! It was 3:30pm so lunch rush was definitely over. Read more

This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. The car in front of me had left for what seemed like 10 minutes... while I sat a the first window just waiting to pay. I don't know if the person on the register in the drive-thru was a new hireor not. If she was give her time. Don't want her to get in trouble. Just slowwww.... Got to the pickup window and waited foreverthere also. Finally got my order. Oh yeah, they left out some of my order, of course. Went inside and the manager was nice.Nothing ba to say about her.
