Terribly customer service: Walked in for a pick up order, had an employee look right at me while putting shredded cheese away... then walk to the back. Had to wait 5 minutes for another employee to come along to get my order. Read more
We ordered from cedar springs mi for the last 2 yrs. We always did delivery, now all the sudden they change their delivery map... to two blocks before our house so now we can't get delivery!! We are seniors and very good tips to drivers!! What a kick in theface that now they cut us out of the map area by two blocks!! We just ordered two weeks ago and they delivered just fine. The food is well made here. But this place closes way to early every day of the week. I get people want to get home. But with... few pizza options in the area, they should stay open. Definitely the best pizza in the area and this location does great but thehours need to change and they should be open later. I get home later from work and can never get a delivery in. Hit and miss on delivery. Mostly good though.. Sometimes it comes in 20 minutes, sometimes more then an hour.
