I've been stopping here on my trips to and from Grand Rapids for many many years. I've seen it change and grow. It's a great... McDonald's and for me a perfect location. Easy to get in and out. Service has always been some of the best for a McDonald's. Read more
They were short staffed. Did get the order with in a reasonable time. They forgot our hash browns and I didn't want to bother... trying to get them. Other than that, it wasn't a bad experience considering the short staff. Read more
It was the worst last night. 4 cars went in the other lane before the person in front of me got to order. Then the same for me.... The screen was turned so I couldn't confirm my order which was repeated more than once and still wasn't rung up right. I guessthe good news is I got what I paid for but didn't get 2 items I ordered. Then the cashier couldn't even find my order to pay,which was confused cause I repeated my order which was put in wrong. After working 14 hours and a 45 minute drive to my housenot what I wanted to deal with. (Still had to cook for kids due to screw up) Read more
