I've been stopping here on my trips to and from Grand Rapids for many many years. I've seen it change and grow. It's a great... McDonald's and for me a perfect location. Easy to get in and out. Service has always been some of the best for a McDonald's. Read more
They were short staffed. Did get the order with in a reasonable time. They forgot our hash browns and I didn't want to bother... trying to get them. Other than that, it wasn't a bad experience considering the short staff. Read more
It was the worst last night. 4 cars went in the other lane before the person in front of me got to order. Then the same for me.... The screen was turned so I couldn't confirm my order which was repeated more than once and still wasn't rung up right. I guessthe good news is I got what I paid for but didn't get 2 items I ordered. Then the cashier couldn't even find my order to pay,which was confused cause I repeated my order which was put in wrong. Placed an order through the app which says they're open 24 hours. Got there around 4AM after working 12 hours and driving 18... miles. Lady on the speaker asked if I was using reward today and I said "no, I'm here to pick up an order I placed through theapp." No response for a few minutes so I pull up to the window and an older lady kept yelling to come back at 6AM. Waiting until6AM so I can call and ask for a refund, very dissatisfied because either the owner keeps confirming false hours or the employeesrefuse to do their job. Read more
Was sick for 3 days after getting something from this mcdonalds because they couldn't bother to actually cook the burger then... after trying to let them know what happened they just blew me off, glad I had stopped eating it on my way home when I noticedthe texture was weird. Our order was over $70 and had multiple special instructions and requests during a rather busy afternoon. The young man working... was super patient, and made sure he got our entire order correct, and the food was up in a matter of minutes. All correct andfreshly made.
