Customer service was terrible and the food took forever. No actual person working counter, kiosk ordering only and they had a 70... year couple spend 15 minutes trying to figure out ordering process. WTH is wrong with these companies!!! Read more
This has happened more then once. I place my order and the people behind me place there order and there is like 5 people behind... me they all get there food befor i do. While im still sitting in the store like 30 minutes still waiting for my food. What everhappened to first come first serve. They used to do pretty well not sure what happened but quality has gone way down ordered a crunchwrap there was maybe half a... teaspoon of meat in it and that's probably being generous figured I'd give them another shot as it hadn't been like that beforeswapped out the beef for chicken and added guacamole on the last one I ordered there was even less meat on that and maybe 2grams of guacamole. Used to be my go to place in cedar but with how bad it's been the last couple times I've gone I won't begoing back for a while they either need to retrain whomever is making the food or replace them.
