Big Wayne Burger Bacon Lettuce Tomato Pickles Fried onions 2 slices Pepper jack cheese Toasted bun Burger was kinda messy and... falling apart, the kind where the top bun is best for being the bottom bun. Still tasted great, just upsidedown. Cherryshake Onion rings French fries Food and service was great. Staff very approachable, good on directions on how to order, whenand where to pick up the order. Was kind of disappointed. Wasn't as big and cool as it looks in pictures, when driving by or asadvertised on the radio. Indoor seating area is small, kinda cramped. I really enjoy Wayne's. It has that old drive-in feel with a malt shop twist. The food is great. And they serve up Cedar Crest... ice cream. From car shows to community support. Wayne's is a Cedarburg staple. Put it on your list. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Great experience at Wayne's. Ordered ice cream and shakes. The staff was great and got friendly service. Love that Wayne's... supports so many local charities including Mel's Charities and the Saukville Food Pantry. Always a great stop if you're in themood for a good old fashioned diner experience. Delicious. The bakery buns are a definite plus. Busy but that just shows that the quality is popular with the people. The wait... is worth it and even thats not bad at all. Car shows are cool and have a big draw. Overall great! Read more
Trying it for the first time, I got chili dog and cheese curds both were very good. I definitely would get a shake next time... over soda. Kids liked their flavor of soda lemon lime & root beer but the diet I received was not that tasty. It's very busy butinteresting place. Staff was nice & very helpful. Drove an hour to eat here and it was well worth that drive!! The burgers were the best I've had in a very long time. Remind me... of Juicy Lucy burgers, but even better. The cheeseburgers here are to die for! So juicy, so tasty & delicious because itactually had flavor in the meat. The bun was awesome, too. Just amazing! Their tater tots with season salt are so crispy anddelicious, I couldn't get enough of them. They also offer Cajun seasoning on your tater tots if that's your thing, but theseason salt sprinkled on them was the perfect amount! The chocolate shake was a bit disappointing though because it tastedgritty & syrupy, as if it were made with ice milk & chocolate syrup instead of smooth chocolate ice cream. Great drive in!! Food is excellent and the staff is great. Always friendly. Portions are large, prices are within range for the... times. The owner does a.lot for the community.
