Honestly one of the worst service I?ve experienced. I ordered over the phone, came to the restaurant 15 minutes later (as I was... told by staff) just to wait around for another 20. Every time I eat there I get stomach problems and I am not exaterating. Not trying to bash this place but I am speaking facts. I... no longer will eat there ever again after getting stomach problems 6 times in a raw. My girlfriend has the same issue and forsome reason her friend brought 2 chicken raps last night and now both are in pain feeling sick and diarrhea. Every person Iknow from this neighborhood keeps saying the same comment "the owner doesn't care, his never there" Well I hope this commentwill reach more people so they can be aware. We are Jewish therefore we eat kosher food and its hard to find fast food atnight. I personally will never eat there again, and not looking to get a free meal. And if you call to complain there give youthe nastiest attitude and in some cases they hung up. Read more

Had a great time here last night. We were in town around 9 pm and walked in for a late dinner/early midnight snack :-).... Misjudged the portions (they are larger than it seems) and over-ordered somewhat. Falafel platter was excellent, - tastyfalafel and nice chummus was liked by everyone. Buffalo chicken fingers also great - soft chicken and nice crunchy coating,excellent all around. Shwarma tasted regular-grilled and not from a traditional shwarma grill you see often in the Middle East,but was good. My little one was less enamored with her kids meal hamburger - meat was good but bun overburnt slightly - it wasstill quite edible. The kids meal also came with a toy heart that my kid was super-excited about :-) Likely one of the bestfries around (both spicy and regular). Paid about $75 for everything with the drinks included. Very good deal, polite people anda good place for a late snack. Very happy to come again. Read more
If I could give it no stars I would. after waiting for an hour and a half for my food to be delivered I called to find out what... happened. they said they can make it now and bring it to me meanwhile at this point it?s been almost 2 hours because I was onhold while they were trying to figure out what happen with my order everyone in my house already went to bed without dinner andit?s 11 o?clock at night and they just said that they can make the food and bring it to me now. this is unacceptable and it wasreally messed up because we have been hungry and waiting for food for such a long time. while the staff may be polite it isobvious that they do not communicate with each other. the fact that I even had to call to figure out what happen was ridiculous.my order was still in the front and never made it to the kitchen. so now my family went to bed without dinner. The food is great here, the staff is very helpful, but have to take off a star as this is almost always a long wait for food,... many times without telling the customer (or being very wrong after telling the customer) Update: my original review was 5 yearsago and nothing has changed. You can. Order 2 hours in advance and still food won't be ready. The hot dog was completely burned,they ignored all the order requests and I had to fight for a credit for their mess ups. Have to deduct 2 stars since theyclearly have no interest in customer service. Read more
Service was friendly but they were very overwhelmed and gave priority to the phone orders instead of the customer in the shop.... Food was solid but the overall experience was not the best. Read more
