I went to purchase coffee this afternoon, none of the employees acknowledged me. I made eye contact with at least 4 employees... and no one said anything. I was also the only customer inside. The employees did have conversations with one another though. Ami suppose to reach over ghe counter, place my own order and make it? I felt so embarrassed. Never will i ever return to thislocation. this place is HORRIBLE! they always mess up my order, staff is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a impossible breakfast... sandwich and when I got to work I realized they gave me a completely different sandwich with BACON on it! I use to love this location, now not so much they changed staff, and they never have any straws, the staff were great before... never rude or nasty, I asked for a straw today and the girl seemed to be upset that I asked for one. They're starting to makethe drinks sloppy no love in it at all, they also run out of supply quick. Can we get the good music back as well?
