Thin crunchy crust!! Pickle freebie instead of bread is perfect before you carb load your face with great pizza. Apps are... extremely good and their salad was surprisingly more than expected. Family friendly outdoor seating area with a picnic vibe withlots of room for the kids to run around. Desert pizza sounded good but we just didn’t have room. Read more
I had been waiting weeks to try Olcé after first stumbling upon it in a search for authentic pizza in the area. Let me just... say, it did not disappoint— in fact, it exceeded expectations. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had! Well worth the nearly40 minute drive. We tried the Autumn and the Bianco, the latter of which was incredible, unlike any pizza I’ve had before(named after Chris Bianco, who changed the pizza game in America). The complimentary pickles were awesome too. Really lookingforward to coming back and trying more pies, especially the s’mores one!
