Thin crunchy crust!! Pickle freebie instead of bread is perfect before you carb load your face with great pizza. Apps are... extremely good and their salad was surprisingly more than expected. I had been waiting weeks to try Olcé after first stumbling upon it in a search for authentic pizza in the area. Let me just... say, it did not disappoint— in fact, it exceeded expectations. Honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had! Well worth the nearly40 minute drive. We tried the Autumn and the Bianco, the latter of which was incredible, unlike any pizza I’ve had before(named after Chris Bianco, who changed the pizza game in America). The complimentary pickles were awesome too. Really lookingforward to coming back and trying more pies, especially the s’mores one! Different pizza options with unique combinations. The Pizzas we had were Green (Spinach and cheeses) and Shrimp Scampi (Shrimp... with cheeses and tanginess). We had lemonade and hot tea along with the pizzas. Would like more non-alcoholic beverages. Read more

The pizza crust is light and tasty. Best pizza choices in the area! Love the chicken salad because it comes with a garlic toast,... soup and a good scoop of chicken salad plus the lettuce salad; it’s a healthy choice! The meat pizza is delicious. Read more

Cool place outside of Skippack. Outdoor seating seems way nicer than indoor. Definitely try to that if you can. Remember to make... a reservation and BYOB. Got the Jersey, Roma and corn pizzas. Crust is super thin and everything was great. Corn pizza wasunique for me, glad I gave it a try. If you’re vegetarian, lots of options here. Service was a little slow but still friendlystaff. I've ordered a couple times over the last few years only because I don't live close and work a lot or I would probably be there... every week. For the month of April they have the ol' goat Pizza and it was amazing. Of course I got the s'mores Pizza fordessert. The staff and owners are always welcoming and helpful. Read more
