It's so hard for me to give them a horrible review because I used to LOVE coming here. However,the last two or three times I've... been here, they take too long for completing the order and the order has been wrong in one way or another. I ordered the special double dozen shrimp. When I asked if it came with 24 shrimp and she said yes... that would have been a... good time to say they were the bite sized shrimp. The shrimp were rubbery I called to complain about dead cold fries and lack ofrequested sauces, they hung up on me. Now the phone is forever busy. Read more

Floors and tables was nasty. Ordered our food, was handed a buzzer and our cups. We found the cleanest table and sat down.... Stepped in mac and cheese that was under to table we didn't see. We sat and talked and started getting worried that somethinghad went wrong because there was only two people there when we arrived at the restaurant. now it was full and they all had theirfood. So I went back to the front and asked about the food. They had no idea what happened to it, the order, and how much Ipaid. Matter of a fact, they acted like I didn't even place a order. that I was trying to get free food or something. Asking whotook my orders, when and do I have a recit for the food. Not one sorry for our mistake just them passing blame back and forth.After they found out I really did place a order. I told them I wanted a refund and we went to( the boarder) across the streetand had a great meal. Please do the same. they at least act like you spent money at thier restaurant. Read more
