We got a cheeseburger bundle which is two cheese burgers, 2 medium fries, and two 10 piece nuggets. We also ordered a drink and... a chicken sandwich which I split with my fiance. They forgot both fries, filled one fry up halfway when we got it, and when Igot home there was only 5 nuggets in one of the 10 piece boxes. How do you forget half the nuggets when the number you need toput in there is ON THE BOX? They also tasted undercooked and the drink was only filled up 2/3 of the way up. I understand notbeing familiar with the bundles, but come on man. 5 nuggets in a 10 piece box? They also kept the receipt so that we probablycouldn't call customer service and tell them about the bad service. Also they don't know how to do basic math on anythinglarger than 2. Food was good. Service slow. Traffic was wrapped around the building. You would think management should have brought more... workers in since it was Halloween night at 6:30 pm, Immediately following the downtown festival. Read more
This is actually and truthfully the Best Tasting McDonald's that I have ever eaten at. While the menu, itself is still the same,... the breakfast biscuits are from scratch and delicious! Their sweet is is perfect...not tinny tasting or tooo sweet, just perfectand I have never, ever have good sweet tea from any McDonald's until now...Amazing!!! The employees are personable andcompetent! I love this Micky D's !!! 10-21-22 The employees are still some of the most personable people, who are actually carewhether your order is correct, but this morning, a male manager was so unprofessional! He was berating an employee, who wasworking at the first drive through window, as, this manager at the second drive through window, while a young lady is passingout my order to me... being loud and ugly in front of customers and the other employees. Instead of handing a concern discreetlyand in privacy, he is loudly and aggressively disparaging this employee for all to hear. I was very underwhelmed with thebehavior of the manager. Came through drive thru and employee making food ?Kay? which probably not here name. Female with braids, heavy, black got... disrespectful saying something not professional. This is why training should be done and Spanish lady in drive thru taking moneyallowed her to talk like that. And then forgot item in bag. Read more
I went through the drive thru to order a large frappe and they tried to charge me $14 for one frappe. I asked since when is one... drink $14 dollars and I kept repeating my order saying just one drink is $14? The lady taking my order said I don't know yes its$14. So of course I drove off. Read more
Needs to make sure that all chicken is at serve safe temperature before serving, play place needs a through cleaning of the play... equipment otherwise great. Read more
