Service was very good, dessert very tasty but the food wasn?t as good as I expected.

Our server was actually terrible. I used to work in the restaurant industry so I'm never eager to call someone out but when... something's bad, it's bad. We entered and there was no host, and they weren't busy... weird. We didn't arrive around wrap up orclose, so I thought that was peculiar. We waited for the host who told us he'd be right back and he did come back prettyquickly. He sat us down and respected our request to not share a seat with any other parties in case our toddler hopped.Obviously, I try to tell her not to hop but she can be pretty squirmy even when she's sitting down and I didn't want to botheranyone while they were eating. The server came by a while later, when I say a while, I mean a while. She handed us menus, sawthe host and yelled at him to see if so and so was working. The host said, so and so? She said yeah, so and so, and he said thedishwasher? And she said yeah, he said he'd help me with tables... except, they weren't busy, at all. No, I'm serious, theyweren't busy at all. She wasn't kind, or attentive. She wasn't personable or polite. We didn't want for much and we wanted tobe out of her hair as quickly as she wanted us out. She continually visited another party, a larger party, a party who wasdrinking more and running up a higher tab more than us. Now a days, places are understaffed and overworked. But if you give people the time and recognition they deserve, you?ll see you... too can have an amazing experience. Our waitress and waitresses were pulling doubles and STILL, taking orders from 10+ peoplelike a BOSS. Jason at the bar was Stupendous!! Thanks for making my Birthday great guys, I?ll be back!! Nice place and friendly staff! Was so nice to have a person be friendly and chatty and happy to help, amazing atmosphere!! Only... 1 downside, my sons mac and cheese was straight watery. Besides that a great experience for lunch! If we lived here we would beback !? Read more

It was amazing the staff are great and the manager Jose awesome. They made sure we were comfortable food came it on time!

Visited on a Friday night, we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. I knew this was a bad sign but we were desperate... for a place to eat. The food was very low quality. Greasy, salty, over cooked. It seemed like everything was microwaved. Youcan get the same menu at Wendy's and the food will be better. Prices are very reasonable, service was excellent. Our food tooka while which was odd since we were the only ones there. Our server said the kitchen was backed up. I thought maybe he wasjoking? It?s a fast food restaurant that offers table service. When your tired from running around Magic Kingdom all day, sometimes that calls for a trip to Applebee?s late at night. Had the... Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It was really good. I don?t even remember what the other orders were. I was so tired. Apasta dish for my husband, and a kids meal for my daughter. Nobody complained, so it must?ve been good. Service was good. Read more
