How are there any good reviews? Worst Dunkin near me. They just recently changed the morning crew and now its even worse! Big... dude at the window laughs and jokes with the women and gets distracted when he should be giving us our food. Sometimes there's awoman at the window with a short hair cut. She is a bit ghetto and rude! Try smiling and being professional. List of problems:(just my opinion) 1. Always burned and half seasoned snack n bacon! Taste old. Hard and nasty. Bet they wont eat it! 2.Sloooooow service any time of day. 3. Have to ask for napkins. Like duh! If I order jelly or powdered donuts, I'm going to needthem. 4. Have to repeat your order at the drive through because apparently the ghetto lady with the black and blond short haircut can never get it right the first time. This location was always slacking but at least bring back the old morning crew.Switch the schedules or pay them more money to come back. Here's an idea, train the morning crew. Best Dunkin? experience I?ve had in over 5 years. I do online ordering all the time, all around the state, and it?s always still... a hassle, and good luck getting staffs attention. You never go wrong with dunking. Fair price, large drinks , good coffee I'm told, bagels the way you like anytime, muffins... anyway you like. Great for breakfast and snacks. Nice and clean and friendly staff, which is always appreciated. Read more
My husband went to pick up a doordash from this location. We stood in line for maybe a good 30 minutes. Well a lady that was... waiting as well said something as well. One of the ladies working had an attitude, and said that they had workers call off. Notour problem, hire people that will want to work. Don't go to this location if you want to wait a lifetime. Took a 6 month hiatus from this location because my coffee was always awful no matter how many times I tried. Today I decided to... give it another go and was beyond disappointed. Waited in the drive thru only to leave in the middle of ordering because thegirl taking my order seemed extremely upset to have a job to do. She had an attitude the entire time and didn't use any of thenormal questions about my order. Hire people who actually have customer service skills. I will never go back here. Every time I go there is an issue. I ask for whip cream on my coffee and they never add it. This morning I asked for a sausage... egg and cheese on an everything bagel and instead I got a bacon croissant. I called to let them know and no one answers. Read more
Gave the location a second chance but is still below mediocre. Give yourself peace of mind and just go to Starbucks across the... street. We were very excited about the new strawberry popping bubbles but it was a huge disappointment. If they had more then 15bubbles in each that was exaggerating. I don?t recommend this location. This location will sometimes close without notice during the day. They often run out of products by afternoon. If no one... responds at the drive-thru after a minute or so, it usually means the store is closed. They won?t put up a sign so people justsit in their cars waiting at the speaker. Caution! The mobile app will accept mobile orders even though this store closed. Ifthis happened to you, call Dunkin corporate for a refund. The number is in the app under Help.
