Top notch staff, every single employee we met tonight (11/15) was just above and beyond. We had a person with an allergy with us... and, wow, they take protocol seriously. Food was fresh and delicious. The place was clean. Our five guys back home is just notthis good anymore, unfortunately, glad other locations keep the quality up and still have great service. I love Five Guys and I've visited locations all over the US and the location in Australia. This is hands down THE BEST five guys... I've ever visited. While the food is across the board excellent at Five Guys (except in Australia), the thing that sets thislocation apart is the people. They are so incredibly nice and seem to genuinely enjoy being at work and serving customers. Ishould also mention, they make a special PB milkshake that you absolutely have to try! This is by far the best five guys I have ever been and here is why: - clean clean clean and actually cleanest - very pleasant... customer service - all five guys serve the same burger but this place serve perfectly juicy patty. - they have nice outsideseats The only con for me it is 50 miles away from my neighborhood. I eat five guys at least once or twice a month. Travel from California to Virginia for work and let me tell you this place has... it on lock... When I first walked in I'm greeted with Mr. Patrick. We got you.... Right off the bat I feel welcome and greetedwith my name. I mean who does that? That's amazing! So started out good then ask my for couple of A1's on the side like always -We got you. He says Then I have a special needs son and I thought it would be nice to get a couple stickers because he loses hismind for stickers. He says of course I got some stickers for you. Here you go brother. Food was exceptional. The greeting wasway way over and above, one of my best experiences ever. Highly recommend this Five Guys. The cashier was very polite and the food came out quick and hot. Never really had a bad... experience at a Five Guys restaurant and this one definitely continues that streak. Bacon Cheeseburger with Extra Pickles iswhat is pictured.
