Tropical Smoothie Cafe is an ideal place for lunch or even a light dinner. The two servers I met today are hard working and... friendly. They were busy taking orders and fulfilling app orders as best as they could. I recently discovered this restaurant,and I like their drinks and food. The avacalada smoothie is my favorite. It's smooth texture and rich taste make it a great mealreplacement for me. I also tried their chicken bacon ranch flatbread and found it filling and tasty. So for the most part we do not have issues at this location. They miss an ingredient or two but this time.... No bueno. Curbside... order was suppose to be done and complete at 11:29am its now 12:12 pm and I am still here waiting. I called to let them know Ihad a curbside order and I was told OK we will be right out. 10 minutes later I walk in and they want an order number. Wantingto verify my order.. I just called . not only did I have to wait from 11:29am to 12:16pm but the service... They remade them Inow have the at 12:16. My order was given away. There was no refund and I didnt get pushed forward since my order was givenaway. Not for nothing they were only busy because of their mess ups with other orders as well. Just saying don't expect muchwhen you get to this location and have time to waste when you have to wait all most another hour to get your order that wasgiven away. Read more
I've been a stable customer at this store all year. I had never had a bad experience until yesterday. I ordered my usual drinks... 2 avocoladas, one with enegizer and the other with pea protein on 10/21 @ 3:30pm. After tasting them, I asked if they could bemade again since the flavor was sour and grainy texture, the lady told me thats because the enegizer makes it grainy. Iapologized and asked if i could get new ones, the lady talked to the manager and said we'll make you new ones but the next oneswe will not replace. I said thats fine thank you. The lady makes both drinks at the same time and hands them to me, i taste andthey are delicious but i couldn't distinguish the pea protein and I asked her which was what, the lady laughed and got themanager. Manager asked, i explained my order. Manager whisper to employee, employee laughed, Manager asks me what do i want herto do, i asked if i could have one made without enegizer, with protein. She makes it and gives me a drink that doesn't have anygreens in it, the color was completely off like a banana color, clearly forgot and ingredient. As soon as i see it i asked,whats this?, manager says its the avocolada, i laugh and said no its not, the color is off. Manager says is because the peaprotein changes the color. I got frustrated since their attitudes were condescending, ive been very patient and polite intulnow. I said, i have never returned a drink at this location and i order here twice a day sometimes since its the only thing Ican drink been pregnant, you are going to tell me this is an avocolada when clearly you can tell its not by looking at it? Iwould like to have it made again the correct way or get my money back. The manager laughed and asked me what she should do, isaid again, make my avocolada with pea protein one more time or give me my money back. I come to tropical smoothie 24/7. I have been eating the best food from tropical smoothie every since I started coming to the... location in Celebration/Kissimmee Florida, Ariana at this location hooks me up every time on the food & smoothie.. If you evergo to the celebration location I recommend having Ariana making your smoothies and food in general. 10/10 ???????? Read more

I just came in here to eat. They left a piece of wax paper in my food that I ate. When I went back in the store and told them... what had happened and ask for a full refund and for them to remake my sandwich I told him don?t worry I will not blast you onsocial media I would just appreciate a remake and I understand accident happens. The manager of the store then said I have tocontact the owner to get a refund . The owner wanted to talk to me his name is Ricky. He then told me that I should and put himon social media and that I need to leave the store. I?ve been said I did not say that and the words or twist it up and at thatpoint I was very upset and they caused a huge problem in the store. I do not recommend anybody to contribute to this owner asdisrespectful as he was to me. The tops don?t fit well on the cups so the drinks spill in the car. These smoothies have LOTS of sugar in them. You can ask them... to withhold the 1/3rd cup sugar per smoothie if you want so that it?s more of a healthy breakfast option than a dessert. Thestore was very clean and the tables weren?t sticky. There is some great outdoor seating as well. The staff was friendly. Ididn?t order the edible strawberry straw but she put it on anyways without me catching it. Then when I got it, it was broken. The first time I tried the Thai Island flat bread it was the most delicious thing I'd ever put in my mouth. So crunchy and... fresh. I ate in house. I've had 3 more, on separate occasions through delivery. Each flat bread has been progressly worse.Missing ingredients, more each time. The order today had no cilantro or green onions. Key ingredients. I guess you have to orderthem in house for them to make it correctly. Read more
