So disappointed ???? I just ordered $28 of to go food and it was absolutely the most bland, greasy meal I've ever had. Didn't... even finish a 1/4 of the meal before throwing it all out. I've always liked Bob Evans but this experience definitely has menever wanting to go back, it was literally that disgusting. Also the manager is exceptionally rude. The wait staff was great, but the food was pretty awful. Loaded fries came only with cheese that was both melted and ice cold,... everything was just okay. Would avoid this location. Read more
I give up on this Bob Evans and DoorDash. Last time I ordered there was a mix up and half the order didn't come so my husband... had to go after cold food. This time it took over an hour to come. Ok, I was warned about that and accepted. However, when itarrived I got VERY overcooked cold food that was missing key ingredients. Should have learned lesson the first time. NEVERAGAIN! Read more
Almost always satisfied. It's been a great while since I've had a bad time here. Like most every other restaurant, work force is... down, but the servers were on it! And I guess they serve booze now? Nice I guess. Read more
Table we were sat at, dirty. Table next to us dirty. Floor at 9 am, dirty. Glasses we were given our drinks in, dirty. Had food... flecks on and in them. Could Feel the dirt on the outside of glasses. (Waitress gave us all togo cups, maybe there was no cleanglassware?) Silverware, dirty. The staff seems very very unhappy. We worked through it, but..Never, never, ever again. Yikes. Read more
Service sucks, took 15 minutes to be seated we were just looked at, they weren't even busy. Finally get seated after almost... leaving, server took our drink orders then 20 minutes go by she's bringing refills to the table next to us. Treated like wedidn't exist, the table on the other side of us was complaining about the same things. We got up and left. Not a good Bob Evans. Read more
