Gave me the wrong combos and said the fryer was still heating and offered double meat and cinna twists instead. Not a fan of... those but ok I get it. Then when leaving realized, Don't you need a fryer for Cinna twists? They clearly had just walked in andhadn't prepped the kitchen at all. The breakfast crunch wrap (not what I asked for)was cold. Probably the best Taco Bell experience I've had in a while. Decent portions made correctly and served in a clean... environment. Only drawback, not a fan of the ordering kiosk and it felt like we were compelled to use them. Far slower thanordering from a real person. Read more

knowing this day (& age) keeping a cohesive staff employed can be a huge challenge... when a franchise (such at TB here in... I just want to personally thank an employee of the Celina restaurant named Caitlynn P. This employee fixed a prior mistake on... my cheese quesadilla and has assured me it won?t happen again if she makes it. She is extremely polite but very professional.Also have noticed the line moves faster if she is working. Always delighted to see her! Read more
Dirty lobby. Slow service. Took 25 minutes from order time to pickup from the front counter. Drink machine had over half the... drink options empty. Lady asked for a refund due to slow times, in the 5 minutes from her request to me leaving the managerrefused to come to the front to assist her. Very very disappointed. Lived in this area for 2 years, and the past 6 months hasbeen nothing but disappointing. Step it up. Read more
