My boyfriend and I wanted to try the peppermint frosty, so we go to Wendy's. We pull up, the line has 3 cars in it. As soon as... we get to the speaker we hear "be with you in a minute" in the rudest, most attitude filled way possible. At that point we droveoff. Celina's Wendy's is a terrible establishment. this is the 3rd time we've had a problem with rude employees. I hope Wendy'sgets it together, I'm from Piqua, Ohio and have NEVER experienced anything like this until i moved here. Read more
Not that it's their fault, but the lack of employees is destroying this location. Expect long waits in the drive-through & food... that's below average for a Wendy's. Read more

Stoped by 8/5/22 around 11:45 am drive thru was packed i thought i would go inside and get a to go order it would be faster... inside was packed too i have never seen associates work so hard in a fast food restaurant everyone focusing on quality andmaking sure everyone's order was correct and I must say thumbs up to the manager for great leadership of her associates she surehad her hands full today i dont think i have rated any restaurant a 5 before if I could i would have to give them a 6 today myorder was correct hot and fresh and nothing forgotten great job to you all at celina wendys Read more
Always been my favorite Wendy's around here. But a couple days ago my wife and I each ordered the classic double And they came... to us still cold in the middle. My wife took hers back up to the counter and they said they would remake it for her. The onethey gave her back was colder than the first one. She told them she did not want a replacement, she just wasn't going to eat.When she got back to the table we could hear them bad mouthing us. They thought we had left. We also overheard a girl workingthere say that's why she did not want to work there anymore because of how they are treating people. Needless to say, we justleft. Read more
Stopped in about 8pm , food was fresh and everything was made right.Were the people working super friendly? Not really but... wasn't rude either not that I am one to really care as long as the food is good. We got a good size order with 4 meals 3 withfries one with chilli, as well as a 10 piece nugget. Had to wait on the nuggets which was fine. We were told before we ordered.I'll always wait for fresh food . Read more
