How much worse could it get? I?ve never seen a business that made it so difficult to actually give money to. Went initially for... a mobile order via curbside, received an error telling me to go inside to counter (later found out they shut off curbside),tried to go in and the door was locked but people inside. Someone let me in and I got in line. After 10 minutes of waiting anda couple of people in line leaving, I decided to speak up since none of the workers had said a word or shown any indication thatthey would be taking an order. The worker was rude and told me they turned off curbside and he?d take my order. I told him Ididn?t want to cut in line as the man in front of me had been waiting longer. He then took the other customers order and nevercame back for mine. After waiting another 10 minutes, I left and went to Sonic. I have not experienced this level ofincompetence at a fast food restaurant since I walked into a KFC where the manager was locked in the bathroom. No idea how theperson in charge was put there but the franchise owner should probably reconsider their staffing choices.. Read more

The gentlemen that took my order tonight gave me the best customer service than any other fast food chain I have ever been to.... I?m willing to bet he is unappreciated for his work. He actually listened to a small request that I made that I wouldn?t havebeen upset if he didn?t. I asked for light salt on my fries if they were making them fresh. When he handed me my bag he told me,?light salt can be subjective, so I didn?t put any on and gave you a salt packet so you can use what you like? Give him araise. Read more

Went to get breakfast in the morning and we were able to get our food pretty quickly. However the person taking our order was... giving us a lot of attitude and over all being rude. When we got to the window they basically through our drinks at us then ourfood. When I tried to ask a question they slammed the door in our face, and I'm pretty sure they heard me. I know it isMcDonald's and I'm not expecting high inn service, but it would hurt to be a little nicer ???? Read more

If you live in north Celina you know its like a 20-25 minute drive just to get here. If your online order is completley wrong... like mine was, they wont even help you with a refund or online gift card?you have to go back. Took him 8 times to understandwhat I was saying and I was screaming in my phone speaker. This place is so dirty. Took forever to get our food and there wasn?t that many people whom had ordered. We asked for ranch and... the older guy at the register rolled his eyes. After our meal, I ordered ice cream. We waited 25 mins and the same guy nevereven acknowledge us. I finally gave up waiting and just left. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! I understand McDonald?s isn?t thebest but my kids love the nuggets. They can do better than today and need to fire the older guy at the register. He was rude toevery customer while I was there. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever had. I know that Celina is not big and does not have very... many options when it come to getting fast food and this McDonald's knows it. I eat here about twice a week because there just isnot many options when you are in a hurry. Almost everything they mess up your order and they do not care. I have been waitingfor a call from the General Manager for over 3 weeks about an issue I had with one of the other managers. Do not eat here! Justdrive past it and go somewhere else. Read more

A long wait on a Saturday morning is forgivable. It's McDonald's food, you know what you're getting, still forgivable. What's... not forgivable is screwing up my $35 order so bad that all of my biscuit sandwiches were McGriddles. They didn't put thejelly, hot sauce, and syrup in the bag for the burritos, biscuits, and pancakes. The bacon on one of the screwed up sandwichesdidn't look fully cooked. And all of this handed to me by the person working the drive thru window like I inconvenienced her bycoming by today. This isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong, but it will be the last. I order two drinks, that was all. I used the app to order in advance. After I arrived in the spot, it took 16 minutes to get my... drinks. I actually has to go inside to get them. This usually isn't the case with McDonalds, maybe it was just a bad day. Read more
