If i could give 0 stars i would. The night shift is Horrible!!!!!! Rude, just plain rude. Oh and they mess up our order all the... time. I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos and they gave me 2 hard shell tacos with ONLY chicken in it. No lettuce, cheese ortomatoes. The last time my husband was there and paid for an online order we placed. They couldn't find it, the girl got anENTIRE attitude and told him that she had the right to refuse service....Um NO MA'AM not after y'all took our money!! The dayshift is completely different. Super nice. But that night shift needs to be replaced!!!!! That whole place needs to be retrainedjust in their customer service skills alone. Read more

placed a mobile order around 8:40, waited about 40 minutes for our food. all i have to say. is it that hard to build a taco and... put it in a bag? i work in fast food, i know how customers should be treated. definitely not like this. Read more

My wife went to pick up lunch on her way home and the staff was not understanding. They gave her the wrong food and there was... very little in the tacos. We spent $30 for nothing. We were supposed to have Supreme taco and these aren't that. I tried calling5 time and no one answered. Read more

Typical fast food. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is sloppy and broke to hell! Same with the... staff! One day I get the saint and one day the grabby devil. If the taco shells are broke don't use them!!! And put them on topof other food!! Not the bottom of the bag!! Read more

Only order from this place if you want to sink your money. I order two party packs and the tacos were so soggy they were a soup... and as soon as I took the boxes from my car they completely collapsed. Calling the location they told me no refunds due to mealready leaving the location. Horrible product and completely unhelpful. Read more

Don't bother ordering, they're just gonna give you whatever they want to. Asked for 2 double beef burritos and 2 5-layer... burritos, got basically 4 5-layer burritos. I also asked for 3 sauces and got 3 empty cups. It's almost like they require theiremployees to have an IQ lower than 5. Been going for 7 years, they go through staff like crazy, and yet not ONE of the dozens ofpeople to have worked there have ever been able to read. Read more

Never gets the order correct, I asked for hard shell tacos, and got soft, I asked for 2 loco D tacos and it was very little meat... and cold.. I'm disappointed, they need to all have pay cuts until they can do their jobs better Read more

Love Taco Bell (yes I said it) but this location is awful and has been for a few months. They close early and then act like your... at fault for showing up. The mobile app allows you to place an order that says along with Google they are open. Previous reviewsshows the trend. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING from Taco Bell. They hang out in the restaurant earning a check but don't work. At7pm, I placed a mobile order and drove up to a full parking lot, Sign was on, the drive thru open light was on, drive throughmenu and speaker were on. I could see inside the dining area was dark but FULL of people (my photo can't pick up many, but therewas at least 15 people in there - must have been having a party. I get to the speaker that shows the last order amount and waita minute until a smug employee walks up and says they're closed. I kindly ask they turn off the drive thru sign and lights andhe points to the front of my truck and asks didn't feel that? (I have a piece of plastic trim on the truck that constantly fallsand thought he was referring to that.) I said yeah that plastic falls all the time. He said No - the bright orange cone you ranover. I said I didn't see it (it was on the right side so possible it blew over in the wind or someone else knocked it overbefore me) He said but you felt it - I said I felt the plastic trim. He said so you drove through on purpose (as if I'm an idiotthat would deliberately drive into a closed drive through expecting I'll get food anyway) I said NO - I thought it was theplastic trim that falls all the time, I didn't see any cone and thought you were open. He said yeah sure and muttered somthingabout stupid. I asked for his name and he said you don't need that. I replied yes I do please. He said no you really don't andcontinued walking off.
