I didn't get our servers name but he was awesome!! Food and drinks came out super fast and very tasty. I got the mild wings and... they were hot to my sensitive self but delicious! Terrible waitress. Through our meal we never saw her again except when I looked at the bar and she was chatting away. Never got... refills. She went to other tables and completely ignored us. It took a while to get our check and I definitely wouldn?t comeback. She was horrible and extremely unprofessional. I had to wave her down to even get her to bring us the check. Which tookanother 10 minutes. Rhiannon needs some more training or perhaps a job that requires less people skills. UPDATE!!! 5 MONTHS LATER. Moldy celery..... I ordered the Buffalo chicken wedge salad. Odd, I know, but I love a good wedge... salad and this one had chicken. Notice I said ordered and not ate. It was sent back right away. So, no iceberg wedge to begin, it was a very wilted and sad looking romane lettuce 1/4, but not a healthy or decent size wedge at all. Pretty sure it wassitting underneath the heating lamp for awhile. Our server was great, she was the bartender and server. The dining room wasclosed, so she had the whole bar which was almost full. Great job April (sorry if that's wrong)! The mgr or hospitality mgr wasvery nice. She was more than willing to change my order. Chicken club was good. Nothing special. Same w/the fries. I ordered here during lunch, they always ready on time or earlier. Pickup line can be long sometimes but they?ll get you... through. Shame they have so many flavors but most are uneatable. American chain restaurant having authentic sauce is not what iexpected. Read more
This is like 5 th time in several months. At least respect the hard earned money. If you cook extra food, donate it to the... homeless instead of reselling it in the name of fresh food. Ordered onion rings/wings today. Onion rings were probably 12 hourold. They were soft and soggy. Wings were sensationally old, probably kept aside for a day and then added some sauce onit. Believe me you do not want to order again on ' not so busy days' here. What a shame! Even a two year old kid can saywhether the food is fresh or not by looking at water and sauce from the food. Disappointed. *Look at the water coming out ofthe boxes and the dark spots on the wings. That is a clear sign of the not so fresh food. Read more
I used to love BWW! After today?s experience, we will never spend another penny here. The wings were clearly reheated from when... they were initially made, and they tasted terrible. They were soft and chewy with a sour finish. My husbands wings were thedriest I?ve ever seen. What happened?
