Ah-may-zing!! We went to Eddie Merlot's for the first time for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and we were not disappointed!... In the photo: turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus and cranberry sauce (bottom right). I also had a bowl of cornand crab bisque to start and pumpkin spice creme brulee for dessert. Fantastic Mother's Day brunch. Food and servers were very, very good. Could have had a bit more champagne in the Mimosa's.
wonderful ambiance, wonderful food and super polite staff from management to kitchen. I am normally a Del Friscos guy, but... this is now a must go back place for us. food was delicious, and cooked perfectly. we had the trio of medallions, and newOrleans mixed grill. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and the stained glass pieces were interesting to look at. The steaks were great; juicy... and tender. Prices were a little above average for that caliber of a steakhouse. The calamari was excellent; almost reminded meof eating softer Cheetos puffs? The sweet potato casserole was also excellent as a side dish; wasn't overly sweet which is whatI was fearing when we ordered it. And lastly, the dessert. The carrot cake that I ordered was 4 layers high and is big enough tobe shared if you feel like sharing. All in all, a good place to try and would recommend to a friend. Side note: masks arerequired at this establishment but in no way did it take away from my experience. Read more
Excellent from start to finish! Our server, Johnson, did an extraordinary job with his attentiveness, knowledge, humor,... recommendations, and making my brother’s birthday celebration truly special. The wait staff was amazing and I loved their sense of humor. This was a special occasion for birthday dinner and it was a git.... So many flavors and don't be shy to ask for a drink suggestion as the staff is very knowledgeable in this area as well. Theberry white was soo amazing!
