I want to start out by saying Garlic Knot is my favorite pizza joint in the area; hands down they make the best pie out of all... the local options, but I've more or less stopped eating here for one peculiar reason. If you go to Garlic Knot's website, everysingle other place offers delivery hosted by the store itself, for some reason, this one single store that serves our areadecided to not rehire delivery drivers and force people to use Grubhub/Doordash/etc. The problem is, even a single pie afterall the delivery fees is many times the cost of any other pizza delivery place in the area. And money I used to flip as a tip todrivers now has to go to exorbitant fees if I want to order from here. The end result is a place I used to go to weekly I nowgo to once every few months at best. That single decision to not rehire delivery drivers more or less cost a consistentcustomer. I'm not sure that's a big deal to anyone over there since they've persisted with this arrangement; but as a customerwho absolutely loves this place, it's been impossible to make the call to spend all the extra $$$ on delivery. "Well, why don'tyou just drive and pick it up?" I work from home, and they don't have the greatest hours, by the time I'm getting done withoverflow work, driving clear down Arapahoe is pretty far from my mind. Great lunch specials. Awesome service and yummy food. Stuffed pizza and Italian sausage hero the best!!!!
Terrible customer service from the owner. Was lied to and then criticized when giving them an opportunity to make things right.... Also, the restaurant is extremely dirty. Pizza is very oil, bring your paper towels. My response to the owner: I walked intothe store and asked ?do you have slices available RIGHT NOW?? Your answer was: ?yes?. After I paid, you then said ?actuallythose slices aren?t good enough, we?re going to have to make new ones?. After waiting for 30 minutes, the slices were finallyready and I asked very politely if you could spare an extra slice since I had to wait so long after being misled about slicesbeing available immediately. An owner with good customer service would have offered me something complementary for being misled,I should not have even had to ask. You then proceeded to kick me out of the store in front of other customers. Learn to takeresponsibility instead of not respecting your customers time and kicking them out of the store when they politely ask you tomake it right. Read more
The Pizza, Knots and Ravioli are delicious! Your employee?s are polite and I could see tonight how hard all of them were... working. The only negative I have to say is to be more accurate on how long the order is going to take when the order is placed.I understand there os a staff shortage but when I?m told my order is going to be ready in 25 minutes and it takes 50-it?s a bitfrustrating. I felt bad for the kid working the front as several customers were upset with how long it was taking. This could beavoided by giving better waiting times so people aren?t there 25 minutes waiting.. First time i have ever eaten here, wife got a calzone i got a bacon amd pineapple pizza, this food was soooo good, staff member... was super friendly, food was pretty quick and fresh tasting, will absolutely be eating from here again, highly reccomend ???? Read more
Good service, nice people there. REALLY enjoyed the food! Good prices too. The only downside side was the place was not super... clean. It's been there for a while and could use a big deep clean (and maybe some updated decor). Definitely going back for moreof their food though! Read more
Very disappointing. This was our 2nd bad delivery experience in a row and I won't be ordering again. The pizza was cold when it... arrived both times. Not cool, not luke warm but COLD! This time we also got garlic bread which was mushy. Delivery took an hourso to wait that long for cold food makes it worse. Read more
