Ours was a pickup order of thalapakattu chicken 65 biryani, Raju gari Kodi pulav and monagadu chicken. Raju gari kodi pulav... smelled like the rice had already gone bad. But we thought its may be because of packing while its hot. But no, after eating itI really regretted to put it in my mouth. The pulav was indeed not fresh, it was stale. They probably reheated and packedyesterday?s food. We stay 30min away to go back and ask for refund. However, I had reported this to ubereats since we placed apickup order via uber eats. It was my first visit to Hyderabad House Denver. The restaurant is casual, comfortable, clean and inviting. The menu has an... excellent selection of Northern & Southern Indian cuisine. They offer both vegetarian or meat dishes. The service was friendly,prompt and helpful. I was with work colleagues, so I had plenty of suggestions on what dish to order. I decided on the BezawadaChicken Fry Biryani, Medium Spicy, with Plain Naan Bread for my meal. I also placed a to-go order of Tandoori Chicken. The foodwas prepared quickly, brought out hot and was delicious! Every Indian Restaurants "version of spicy" is different. The heat onmy meal was perfect! The portions are generous and you will most definitely leave with leftovers. The restaurant offers buffet lunch on weekends for decent prices and a-la-carte on weekdays. The buffet is a bang for your buck... I would say just because of the varieties they offer. Starters were a good mix of Indian street foods and traditional snackitems. The main course was little heavy towards non-vegetarian options as compared to vegetarian ones but nevertheless tastedelicious. Absolutely delicious! The aroma of all the delicious food being prepared told me that I was going to eat a great dinner. The... butter chicken was to die for. I ordered mine medium and it was perfectly spiced. However, I will order spicy next time I visitsince I normally love really spicy food. Pathetic restaurant. We ordered food online and the chicken 555 and chilly chicken which we received were tasteless. There were... hard like rocks/stones. We had difficulty in chewing it and ultimately had to trash it. My wife had a few vomiting in the night.In the morning we went to urgent care and she was diagnosed with food poisoning. The staff and the owner were useless. Noresponsive action and when asked for refund they were playing blame game and no refund was issued. Read more
