Soggy bread barely toasted and only two types of bread? Come on Subway you?re better than that. Or at least I assumed you were
Place an order online, got a chicken bacon melt, and the new Monster. Both were supposed to be toast, both were ice cold when I... got one not 2 minutes away. I attempted to call several times, and the phone rang until it hung itself up. Went back to get myorder re made, and the person just sticks my food I already took bites out of into the oven? as if I couldn?t have done that athome myself. Now I have half warmed up breed, warm veggies, and my meets still cold and cheese isn?t melted. What a great way toend a 12 hour shift! Then when I asked the presumptively high school kids where a manager was he said? ohh he won?t be in tilltomorrow I think. Who leaves two teenage kids to run a store, and I assume one to close as the other was leaving. I placed myorder at 630 there?s no reason a manager shouldn?t be on site or available to speak at all times. The kids behind the counterattempted to call his manager ?petty? and they didn?t answer. I just want a full refund and the food I ordered, I don?t evenblame the kids behind the counter because there should be a manager on site at all times to oversee operations and fix theseissues. I've gone to two different locations. And order the same thing but yet one will charge me more than the other by 5 to 10... dollars. That is just a rip off.
