Place an order online, got a chicken bacon melt, and the new Monster. Both were supposed to be toast, both were ice cold when I... got one not 2 minutes away. I attempted to call several times, and the phone rang until it hung itself up. Went back to get myorder re made, and the person just sticks my food I already took bites out of into the oven? as if I couldn?t have done that athome myself. Now I have half warmed up breed, warm veggies, and my meets still cold and cheese isn?t melted. What a great way toend a 12 hour shift! Then when I asked the presumptively high school kids where a manager was he said? ohh he won?t be in tilltomorrow I think. Who leaves two teenage kids to run a store, and I assume one to close as the other was leaving. I placed myorder at 630 there?s no reason a manager shouldn?t be on site or available to speak at all times. The kids behind the counterattempted to call his manager ?petty? and they didn?t answer. I just want a full refund and the food I ordered, I don?t evenblame the kids behind the counter because there should be a manager on site at all times to oversee operations and fix theseissues. I've gone to two different locations. And order the same thing but yet one will charge me more than the other by 5 to 10... dollars. That is just a rip off. I might as well make my own sandwich at home. Not knocking the employees they work great andwe're really good at what they do. It's just the pricing is too much Read more

Super disappointed at y'all for letting one poor employee run the whole shop (including dishwashing in the back) by herself. On... the plus side she was great, super friendly and cool under the pressure. Either get her some backup or give her a raise (ideallyboth) Read more

Ordered food on line Friday the 13th of May. My husband went to pick it up and the lady told him she was closed. She stated... they closed at 6:30pm. The next day he went back to get he's refund and they refused to give him his refund, they said how dowe know you didn't already get your food. My husband called Corporate today and the lady even said the app should not of letyou order if the store was still opened. It states your open until 8:00pm. This is horrible customer service. It's horriblethat no body will answer the phone. This does not deserve any stars but you have to select a star in order to post the message. Read more

Usually really enjoy the workers here. However one worker likes to tell people not to order because he?s about to go on a break... which I find very unprofessional. When I worked in the food industry we would get yelled at for even thinking about saying thatto a customer. Again most of the employees are great people but one of them just isn?t doing his job right. Read more
