I placed an order online tonight, 10 minutes in advance so they?d have time to prepare the two drinks I ordered. When I arrived,... I let them know I was there. I work in fast food- it sucks. I could see they were understaffed, and it was busy (really busy fora Sunday night). I didn?t mind waiting a little longer than usual. I waited 40 minutes for two large drinks. I witnessed 4other people, who arrived after me and placed their order?s there, get their orders. I also calmly let the intercom woman knowthat I was still there, and it had been 35 minutes- she was rude. But I get it- being employed at a fast food chain isn?tanyone?s dream job, so I don?t expect to get treated like I?m top priority. When the car hop gets there with my order, thedrinks are wrong, watered-down, and flat. She was really sweet, and I emphasized with her, but 40 minutes?? My drinks wereremade- someone probably spit in them, but that?s cool. So after 45 minutes of waiting, I recommend hiring some more people.Or- maybe treat your employees better so they?re not understaffed and over worked. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would! The food and the drinks were absolutely disgusting. Tea was not tea it was basicly sugared... water, the strawberry cream slush was idk what that was but it tasted and looked like old milk or something had been thrown in acup with a splash of strawberry?? The food wasn't even edible. Did someone pour a bottle of salt on everything and reheat stuffthat had been sitting all day or what? Not sure whats going on at this particular sonic but after paying 40+ on something thatwasnt even edible or drinkable I would never go back and waste another cent. Disappointed. Read more

Ordered bacon and tomato sandwich with tater tots and a tea. Tots were cold. Wasn't offered ketchup or salt/pepper. Girl asked... if I wanted my change, and was about to leave without giving me a straw for my drink. Very unprofessional. Not sure if I'll wantto go back if the food will not be hot when I receive it.
