Ghosted us on a catered event! We ordered for wedding late night snacks and they were no shows. I had conversations with the... store owner and the email chains dropped off, so I called the store directly 2 days prior to my event to confirm the details. Iwas told by the person working that they had my order information and the food would be coming with no deposit required. I triedto support a local business that seemed to be well rated, and they ruined a major event. Read more

The place was incredibly noisy. The interior design seems to amplify noise. We were not able to hear each other across the... table. The pizza was average and not really my style. The sauce was a bit on the thin and unseasoned side for my liking. Maybea bit or oregano or basil would help. Cheese was fresh. If I try this place again, it will not be a 6pm dinner. Got there just before the parade let out so it was quiet for a few minutes. I don't like the seat yourself option. We waited... 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us. They also went to another table first that came after us. Then when it did getcrowded from the parade being done people took it upon themselves to rearrange all of the tables to make them larger. The foodwas good. We hadn't been for years. My daughter had the Alfredo pizza and said all she could taste was the bacon. Why isthere bacon on an Alfredo pizza in the first place? So she was disappointed. It gets very loud inside. We were lucky enough totime it well. Our server was good but never checked back in on us. Of all the times we?ve been here, this has been the worst. horrible burger. stale dry bun. burnt bacon. wilted... salad. dirty forks. something very wrong. w the pickles. something unidentified in pickles. This place is another of my wife's favorite. She absolutely loves their pizza, I do too - when we are not ordering it a couple... times or more during a week. Last night, we decided to go there for dinner. Got there about 5:30pm. The place was packed.Luckily, we were able to get a table almost right away. She ordered a pop, mini corn dogs and pizza(half Hawaiian, half sausage)and I got a long island, pub fries with sour cream, and super nachos for my main course. The long island wasn't the best - Iunderstand that not everyone knows how to make it how it's supposed to be made so I don't blame them. The corn dogs and frieswere good - I was very slightly disappointed with my friend because the description on the menu said the pub fries were seasonedand they were not. I did like their seasoned sour cream. They brought my nachos out along with the other apps because I forgotto ask them to hold it for the main course, so I started eating. As I began to eat, I noticed that there wasn't much queso onthere, I had huge pieces of lettuce and the shredded cheese on top was cold. As I continued eating it, I liked it even lesser.About 85% of my nachos were crispy, which is usually good, but in this case it was because there wasn't much queso in the dish.I didn't say anything because I'm the kind of person that won't return food to the kitchen unless something is horribly wrongwith it. I kept poking at my nachos while we waited for the pizza. We probably waited for an hour before her pizza came. We hada great server - he kept checking on us the whole time and giving us updates about her pizza. Towards the end, she just wantedto leave and so asked the server to make the pizza to go. I understand that it was rush hour and that the restaurant was packed,so there would be some delay. But an hour?!?! Pizza Pub is one of our go to restaurants in the area. We always sit in the bar area and have great service! The food is... spectacular and drinks are good too! If you get one of the dinners like the Alfredo or Spaghetti (which has a bite to it!), Irecommend ordering an appetizer of garlic bread and an extra side salad and splitting it with someone.
