!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ordered online, said order will be ready at 7:25 was not ready till 7:35 (because they hadn't even started... it till I said my name and the speaker person YELLED "we got a (my name)" not realizing he didn't mute the mic. and the lady inthe background answered "I just got the order" (from the time I ordered it, till I had gotten to the speaker was 15 mins (drivethere plus cars in front of me). Online ordering said will be ready in 8 mins .... Long story short; $37 worth of - a sloppedtogether burger with old veggies, a supposed large order of loaded fries (which was twice as small as the large fries we hadordered) looked like someone puked on them and daughter said it had a burnt taste to 'em (may have been the bacon(?) because theother orders of fries were fine. My son said his chicken sandwich was ok.... Very rude staff: I was TOLD to "go to the otherside because your "stuff" is not ready". Had to back up and could not see as they have VERY BAD lighting in their parking lot,need to have cat's eyes here. Very dirty inside (had to stand outside of the car and wait for (as the speaker person called it)"stuff" so i could see how dirty this place REALLY is.because I had no passenger to grab food from that side of the car. Maybe a Door Dash only location at night? Google page needs updated. We've driven by a few times and have been told they're... closed well before Google page said they closed. Went to the 8 and Ryan location had a great experience there! Read more
It's my fault for going back. This location is way to slow to be able to give fresh food. My bun was dry and ripped and my fries... were clearly reheated and tasted like burnt oil that probably doesn't get changed regularly. The only good thing was that thecashier was very pleasant. Read more
The fries was burnt and hard. I tried to contact the store, but they was not accepting phone calls, at least that?s what the... recording said. The cashier was somewhat rude. They did not have any of the items we requested. They did not give us any saucefor the chicken tenders we ordered. I will not return. Read more
Everytime i go there its an ONLY DOOR DASH pick up. This place is horrible!!! And the male employee was extremely rude to me!... Worst fast food I have been to! Vwry bad customer service. I suspect the only good reviews are from employees and fake accounts.No way this place has good service. Read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would! I was just there and this store is the worst customer service I have ever... encountered! Went thru the drive thru tried to place an order and I gave my order and wanted it made a special way for mysandwich and the girl that was taking the order kept repeating my order wrong and I had to repeat my order 3 times and she stillkept saying different items than I asked for on my sandwich then a guy came on the speaker and did the same thing so we startedto drive off after we got frustrated with them playing games and as we drove by the window the girl was hanging out the windowtelling us it was just a joke and laughing and we just drove off. And yet these people want $15 an HR and treat ur customer likethis well now you just lost a customer, a bad review and I hope you get fired over this!
