The food was unbelievably delicious. I would recommend the fried calamari for appetizer OMG you will never stop pushing it in... your mouth. It was well seasoned and it was soft and crispy at the same time. The amount of the seafood fra diavolo is good fortwo people and the taste was Perfetto! And the service was great! The ladies are friendly and attentive. The reason I give 4 forthe atmosphere cause I am not a bar person. But all and all it was excellent experience. Read more
We had a party for 50 people at Sea Cove in Center Moriches this weekend and it was fabulous. They have a private room with its... own entrance and private restrooms! The separate entrance was really nice so people could go outside and hang out which wasfun. Lee, their Catering Manager, took care of us every step of the way, helping us with the planning, she is a total pro!! Wewere able to decorate the night before which was super helpful. The other server, Ashton, was attentive and extremely polite andrespectful with all of our guests. I didn?t get a chance to take pics of the food but for the family style apps at the tables wehad stuffed mushrooms, sesame chicken and meatballs Monaco. We chose caesar for the salad course & the buffet was penne a Lavodka, stuffed flounder, baked ziti with chicken cutlets, pepper steak over rice and the always delicious but never duplicatedchicken francaise. Everyone was raving about the food and said how delicious everything was. For most of our guests, they hadnever been to Sea Cove before and said they will definitely visit in the future cause everything tasted so good. A sheet cakewas also included and it was a tasty chocolate cake filled with 1/2 cannoli & 1/2 raspberry. Pleasantly surprised.. Very large portions, enough for 2. Have to try the stuffed mushrooms - delicious. Flounder was delicious... as well. Lee was a great server... Will be back soon. Read more
Not what it use to be!!! I?ve been a customer for over 10 years and it?s going down hill fast. Took friends there last night.... Ordered one of my favorite appetizers ? the sampler? . It was a hot mess that was thrown together on a plate. Couldn t findchicken or pork under everything .Hard to eat and no serving silverware .Not impressive or good! Dishes were decent , if youlike overdone pasta , but not good. Dinner was rushed, food on table before we could finish salads or what we ate of appetizer.My guess had to ask to slow down desert. Called to speak to a manager today , too busy to take call.I can call tonight after 5 and may or may not call back , off tomorrow I am told. Sorry to say but very disappointing.Won t be taking guess there again. Read more
Solid casual neighbors bar. Very good burger and fries. Very good whiskey sour. Real nice Bartending staff. Been here before but... it's been a while. Nice place to visit and chill. QuickDraw and tvs everywhere. Right in the heart of Center Moriches with a lotof regulars. Go see them! Read more
Don't ever get takeout from here. Absolutely the worst restaurant for that. I have literally had my order messed up nearly 10... out of 10 times. Last night, they gave me someone else's order. Went home. They called and said we gave you the wrong order. Idrove 10 minutes back to get mine. So by me driving home with the wrong order, drive back there, then to drive back home totals30 minutes of travelling. How cold do you think the food was at that point? No apologies, no discount, owner refused to comespeak with me. Left my number for him to talk. No call back. I've worked in the restaurant industry 17 years in the past. Thisis what you get when you allow teenagers to run your front of the house. This is what you get when you have an owner look at youas just 1 person and not important. Well, I will never go there again. I may be only 1 customer, but I have spent thousands andthousands of dollars there throughout the years. Catering parties, catering orders, dine there, takeout. Ate here half dz times 7/11/19 latest.. excellent every time! Our new fav Italian place locally. This X brought my son &... parents too. We never have dessert simply so full! Always leftovers to go home which reheat well. 1st X tried steak tid bitsw/fried onions-wow yummy! Read more
High prices. The food came to the table so cold and greasy that the table was oily. I couldn't clean it effectively. I needed a... bottle of windex and paper towels. No help from the waitress, she could have cared less. Only one other couple there for lunch,and we were there for more then an hour. Dining room was cold. Upon leaving I saw the outside door to the kitchen was wide opento the cold air which would explain the cold food and dining room.Took the food home, so much oil in the bottom of the tin thatI had to drain it out and put it into my own containers, had to throw some out.The first time we were back there in a couple ofyears.
